☀️ Let’s Play! Summer Bingo 2025 🎉
Sunshine, snacks, and… social-emotional skills?
Okay friends- this is the summer we focus on things we can do to support emotional well-being in the form of a BINGO challenge!
We all know that summer is a magical time for freedom and fun—but it can also throw off routines, interrupt support systems, and leave kids (and adults) a little frazzled. So whether you’re a parent looking to keep kids engaged without the constant screen time, a therapist wanting a simple way to support clients over break, or just someone who loves a feel-good activity—this is for you.
The goal? Keep kids connected to their feelings, build resilience, and sneak in a little therapeutic magic—all while having fun. I hope to highlight that small steps can lead to meaningful progress. And for the adults- I want to cultivate a community where we show up and share—not as professionals and parents—just as people.
So read through the guidelines, grab a board, and let’s play!
Date of challenge:
Monday, June 9th at 12:01am MST to Friday June 27th at 11:59pm MST
Participants:
*Each person (ages 5+ by the date the challenge ends) must have their own card
*Each child must participate meaningfully if activities are done as a family
*Parents may submit entries on behalf of multipole children as long as each card/entry is labeled
To Earn Entries:
*Complete any 5 squares in a row (across, down, or diagonal) to earn 1 bingo entry
*Complete the entire card (blackout) to earn 2 additional entries
*Tag me @AndreaCall_counseling or use the hashtag #ACCSummerBingo in your IG stories or feed for additional entries (one entry per square posted about, max 5 squares/entries). If your profile is private, feel free to DM a screenshot of your post
*Maximum entries available: 8 per participant
*Some squares have two options. Choose whichever works best for you!
*All bingo cards must be submitted via Instagram (DM or stories) or email (hello@andreacallcounseling.com) by 11:59pm MST on June 27th to be eligible for a prize
Winners:
*2 winners will be chosen at random
*Prizes include an Amazon gift card or free product from my shop
*Winners will be announced on Monday June 30th on my instagram account. An email and/or DM will be sent to the winners to coordinate prizes
